The REMS TA Center offers a variety of additional resources to assist local educational agencies and campuses with their emergency management efforts. Resource Repository
The purpose of the Resource Repository is to act as a clearinghouse for emergency management planning for schools and provide free and easily accessible information that supports the efforts of local education agencies and institutions of higher education. The content provided is available to the public for non-commercial use that furthers this goal.
Publications
The publications on this web site are divided into four categories:
NIMS Implementation
NIMS is the United States' single, comprehensive system for managing domestic incidents and is suitable for all schools and educational institutions to implement throughout all phases of school emergency management: 1) Prevention-Mitigation; 2) Preparedness; 3) Response; and 4) Recovery. "The REMS TA Center presents guidance and resources for NIMS implementation for schools and institutions of higher education (IHEs).

Additional Resources
On this page, the REMS TA Center offers a variety of additional resources on a wide array of emergency management issues. In particular, resources are provided around pandemic preparedness for schools, planning for students with disabilities, the four phases of emergency management, school safety centers, and mental health services for children following trauma.
