Technical Assistance (TA) Request

The REMS TA Center provides expert, focused assistance on various aspects of emergency management, and maintains a network of experts in the field. All technical assistance is designed to improve the quality of your emergency management plans. Requests for assistance could range from key principles in emergency management planning; to strategies and materials to help with staff trainings; to tips for creating buy-in with stakeholders; to help evaluating emergency management efforts. Whatever you need, we're willing to help!

What is the application process for TA requests?

There are three ways to request assistance:

  1. Complete the Online TA Request Form
  2. Send us an e-mail (tasupport@remstacenter.org)
  3. Call us 1-866-540-7367 (REMS)

For all TA requests, please include the times you can best be reached in case our staff members need to contact you by phone. The Center operates from 9 A.M.-6 P.M. EST Monday through Friday, and is closed on government holidays. Center staff will respond to your request within 48 hours.
